9 Different Types Aluminium Uses in Different Industries

Aluminium is a p-block metal element having atomic number 13 and a molar mass of 26.981g/mol. Let us have a look at the uses of Aluminium (Al).

Aluminium is a light metal find in the earth’s crust and can be used in different fields–

  • Aluminium can be used as a catalyst and reagent in many organic reactions.
  • Aluminium is ideal for wiring power grids, including overhead power transmission lines and local power distribution lines because it has better conductivity than copper.
  • Al is used as a valuable material for high-rise buildings and skyscrapers because of its high malleability, high strength-to-weight ratio, and versatility.
  • Al has comparable strength to steel so it can be used in the aviation industry, different body parts of aircraft are made of aluminium.

In this article, let us focus on applying different rubidium compounds like transparent, anodized, recycled aluminium, etc in detail.

Different Types of Aluminium uses
